The warranty for all A1A machines (unless otherwise noted on the product page) is one year including parts and labor. The warranty does not cover malfunction of your equipment due to negligence. For example, beakers for your steamers will not be replaced because you fail to secure them. Also, coils for steamers will not be replaced if you fail to remove the water or use anything other than distilled water (resulting in eroded / corroded coils).
We are sorry, but there is no warranty on items shipped out of the country (U.S.A.).
All warranties begin at the date of purchase and cover only malfunctioning machines due to a manufacturer's defect.
In the event that your equipment malfunctions, notify us immediately. Most often, the problem can be fixed over the phone. Often it is a simple fuse that needs to be replaced. If the problem cannot be resolved on the phone, the equipment can be shipped back to us for repair or replacement. We cannot issue a refund for a non-qualifying item, so please do not send anything back unless you speak with us first.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the machine qualifies for replacement as the result of our error. Costs for your shipping to us will be reimbursed by check when the new piece of equipment is shipped back to you.
Please examine ALL of your equipment upon receipt. You MUST notify us within 72 hours of damaged goods. You cannot call us months after receiving your order to tell us that it does not work, it is the wrong item or you changed your mind because you don't like it. (Make sure that what you are ordering is exactly what you want. Contact us before you place your order. We will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the equipment. )
