Return and Exchange Policy
A1A will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of your order.
The following rules apply:
At the time you receive your order, note any damage to the boxes and cartons on the driver's manifest or receipt.
Please examine ALL of your equipment when you receive it. You MUST contact us within 72 hours of receipt of any
damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOXES! We will NOT accept any items that are not in their original boxes. So to avoid shipping costs to you, please do not send anything back unless you speak with us first.
If you are returning undamaged goods,
You are responsible for the shipping costs back to our location.
You will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
If an item is shipped with "courtesy free shipping" and the item is returned, then the shipping and handling expense along with the 15% restocking fee will be incurred by the client and will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.
NOTE: You cannot call us months after receiving your order to tell us that it does not work, it is the wrong item, or you changed your mind because you don't like it. Your warranty begins with the date of purchase and is only for malfunctioning machines that are the fault of the manufacturer. Before you place your order, please make sure that is EXACTLY what you want.
